Due to the nature of chemical products, our return policy is designed to protect product integrity and customer safety while ensuring you're treated fairly.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Quality Concerns

If a product does not meet the specifications stated on its COA, please notify us within 30 days with supporting analytical data. After review, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used chemicals
• Custom-synthesised or special-order products
• Temperature-sensitive items not reported within 48 hours

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
